Practicon's 33 Gauge X-Short (14mm) Dental Needles from TSK are fine gauge dental needles.
With a diameter of only 0.26mm, the needles reduce cutting area by 58% compared to 27G needles--25% compared to 30G. The needles have a smaller, ultra-sharp cutting blade that reduces pinch and pain "memory" with infiltration and PDL injections.
They fit standard dental syringes and feature a yellow plastic hub with bevel indicator mark.
New 31G X-Short (12mm) Dental Needles with pink hubs are also available. With a diameter of only 0.28mm, the needles reduce cutting area by 51% compared to 27G needles.
