VERSAILLES, Ohio--Midmark Corporation has announced a new dental promotion called "Top Chair." The promotion runs from Aug. 1 through Oct. 15, 2008.

The promotion offers incentives to dentists for purchasing a Midmark UltraComfort or UltraTrim Dental Chair, including a $400 rebate from Midmark or an Ultraleather upgrade valued at $590.

With the purchase of an eligible Midmark Dentist's Stool, the dentist will receive either an Ultraleather upgrade valued at $140 or armrests valued at $175. In addition, with the purchase of an eligible Midmark Assistant's stool, the dentist will receive either an Ultraleather upgrade valued at $140 or Lumbar Support valued at $185.

Important dates to remember for this promotion are:

* Promotion period: August 1, 2008 ? Oct. 31, 2008

* Last date to take shipment of products: Dec. 15, 2008

* Last date to claim incentives: Dec. 15, 2008
